Terms and conditions

After receiving an order, we confirm it by e-mail and notify the availability, method and time of delivery. The product price and shipping costs must be paid in advance based on our invoice.

For the delivery, we use General Parcel or other transportation method as agreed with the customer. If you are not satisfied with a product for some reason, you can return it at your expense and we will refund the product price.

Products returned must be unused. Before returning a product, contact us by e-mail () . The customer is responsible for the payment of possible customs fees, taxes, etc. in force in the customer’s country.
